Forensic Accountant

My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant to join them to complete a short-term forensic accounting project. You must be available to start immediately and be willing to travel to the office in Harlow 5 days per week. This role is likely to be for 3-6 weeks.

SME organisation based in Harlow, Essex.

Description

• Review all payments in the last 18 months from numerous bank accounts to ensure they are correct with correct authorisation
• Review all master data changes in the last 18 months to ensure accurate data
• Review AR balances and confirm they are correct
• Review all transactions in the last 18 months and through sampling ensure they are correct with the correct authorisation

Profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified accountant
• Excellent attention to detail and good accuracy essential
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Auditing or Forensic accounting background for large corporations would be beneficial

Job Offer

Rate of up to £400 per day (if via umbrella company)
