Lead Occupational Therapist – Intermediate Care (Community)

NHS Leigh in the UK seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the Intermediate Care at Home team. You will provide senior clinical leadership, work with hospital services and partners to deliver high-quality person-centred care, and drive continuous service improvement in line with national guidance.
