Children’s Home Manager – Lead Positive Youth Outcomes

Thendon Resourcing LTD is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a Children’s Residential Home in Staffordshire. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safeguarding, staff supervision and on-call responsibilities to deliver high-quality care for looked-after children.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ management experience in children’s residential care, ideally with Ofsted registration, and hold an NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care.
