“I’ve been at Ferndown Family Vets from the start and I didn’t realise it back then but I had found a practice that I didn’t think existed. A clinic that is genuinely focused on the happiness of the staff, clients and patients. A supportive team and collaborative management along with incorporating Fear Free practice has fundamentally improved how I feel about veterinary work.”

Kate Knight, RVN

“I have been working with Aidan for 11 years and have been at Ferndown Family Vets almost since its opening. It is truly like no other practice I’ve come across. We take the fear free aspect of our work very seriously and you can really see the direct positive impact this has on not only the pets but their owners too. We have a wonderful team who all work so well together and even the building itself is fantastic! We all feel it is very important to have a good work-life balance and socialising as a team is very actively encouraged. It’s a brilliant place to be able to take on a manageable work load in a healthy and supportive environment. I love working here and cannot recommend it enough.”

We would love to hear from you by the latest Monday 3rd August 2026. If you would like to apply for the role or have some more questions, please do get in touch by emailing Aidan and Natalie atinfo@ferndownfamilyvets.co.uk
