UX Designer – 5-Month Contract, User-Centric & Accessible

TXP is seeking a UX Designer for a 5-month contract in Birmingham, with two days per week onsite. The role focuses on shaping clear, accessible pensions and benefits journeys, working with users, stakeholders and delivery teams to turn insights into practical design solutions.

You will translate complex processes into simple experiences, produce wireframes, flows, and prototypes using Figma, and champion usability and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.
