Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) – Banking

Description This is seeking a Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) in Glasgow to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Glasgow branch, with a 35-hour week and flexible scheduling.

You will support customers face-to-face, by phone or video, understand needs, explain products, and guide clients to suitable options while delivering high standards of service in a busy banking environment.
