Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX design, user research, or a related digital design role.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
  • Experience producing wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and user flows using Figma or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into simple, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.
  • Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and delivery teams in agile or project-based environments.
  • Good awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run user research, workshops, and interviews to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and streamline the experience.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate and test design ideas.
  • Support future-state process design alongside Business Analysts, ensuring solutions are usable, practical, and aligned to business goals.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and delivery teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented effectively.
  • Use research, stakeholder feedback, and usability insight to iterate and refine designs.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and user-centred design throughout the project lifecycle.
