Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) – Glasgow, United Kingdom

This is a permanent, full‑time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) based at our East Kilbride branch.

Support customers face‑to‑face, by phone or video call across a range of banking products and services.
Understand and identify customer needs, explain relevant products, and provide suitable options in a clear, conversational manner.
Handle a wide range of enquiries, including complex topics, and refer customers to specialist advisers when necessary.
Act as a subject‑matter expert within the branch, providing coaching and support to colleagues on quality customer conversations.
Assist vulnerable customers and use specialist knowledge to ensure they receive appropriate support.
Develop skills and confidence across the non‑advised product range within a fast‑paced and challenging environment.

Relevant experience in customer‑focused, principle‑based sales and service roles.
Strong customer service skills across face‑to‑face, telephony, and digital channels.
Experience in Financial Services or a retail customer‑facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain decisions confidently and clearly over the phone and in writing.
Computer literacy and comfort with digital tools, such as mobile devices, online calculators, and Office/database applications.
Good organisation, time‑management, and attention to detail.
Empathy and the ability to build good relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
