Hands-On Production Manager – Lead 22, Lean & KPI-Driven

NterTalent is partnering with an established food manufacturer to recruit a hands-on Production Manager for its Corwen site. You will lead a 22‑strong team, own production plans, and ensure safe, on-time output while managing costs and continuous improvement.

The role requires SAP expertise, strong leadership and a hands-on, team-focused management style in a fast-paced FMCG environment. 38.5 hours weekly, Mon–Fri.
