Facilities Maintenance Engineer – Building Systems, Enfield

Phoenix Resourcing Services is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for an in-house role in Enfield. You will deliver planned and preventative maintenance across building services, including HVAC, electrical, fire, and all other essential systems, on a Mon-Fri 8-5 basis.

You will respond to CAFM‑driven reactive tasks, attend faults, and undertake routine checks while maintaining safe operations and minimal downtime. City & Guilds Level 3 expected; a proactive mindset is essential.
