Lead Manufacturing Engineer – Lean Ops for Rotor Build

GE Vernova, based in Rugby, seeks a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence in rotor build and field coil manufacturing. You will lead Lean/CI initiatives, plan capex projects, and ensure readiness from design to shop floor, mentoring engineers and coordinating with design teams.
