Who We’re Looking ForThe hiring manager isn’t expecting you to know everything from day one.They’re looking for someone with the right attitude-someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work and wants to continue developing their engineering skills.You’ll ideally have:

A recognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualificationExperience within manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenanceGood electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsA proactive approach and willingness to learnA team-first mentality and a positive attitudeExperience with PLCs, food manufacturing or maintenance systems is beneficial, but if you’re eager to learn, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
