Senior Refrigeration Engineer — Mobile Retail HVAC Specialist

Arcus FM is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our expanding team in the Exeter area, servicing multi-site supermarket clients across Somerset and Devon with regular travel.

You will diagnose, maintain, service and repair supermarket refrigeration systems on site, delivering outstanding customer service. This mobile role requires flexibility, strong safety awareness and a proactive approach; 45 hours per week with 1 in 4 on-call rota, van and fuel card provided.
