Home Heating Repair Engineer — Same-Day Fixes

• Provide Service & Repair for heating systems in customers’ homes• Ensure same day fix for customers• Represent British Gas in the customer’s home• Support and mentorship from managers and colleagues• Handle annual service visits and complex breakdowns

Requirements

• Outstanding customer experience focus
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
• NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• 3 year’s qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
