We’re working with an exciting manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead a high-performing production team.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day production operations
• Driving Lean & Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Managing and developing production teams
• Improving productivity, quality and efficiency
• Working closely with Engineering, Quality & Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Previous Production Management experience
• Strong CNC / precision manufacturing knowledge
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• A passion for driving operational excellence
