Role Responsibilities – Service Engineer (No Repairs Focus)
- Carry out annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks across social housing properties
- Complete planned maintenance visits in line with compliance and safety standards
- Ensure all appliances are operating safely and efficiently in accordance with Gas Safety regulations
- Record and update job information accurately using company systems
- Identify and report any additional defects or follow-up work required during service visits
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care at all times
- Communicate clearly with and the planning team regarding appointments and visit outcomes
- Work independently, managing your daily workload efficiently
Ideal Candidate
- Valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
- Experience in domestic servicing and breakdown work (servicing focus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Excellent customer service skills and professional approach
- Comfortable working independently in occupied social housing properties
