Job Description

  • Oversee the electrical side of a site build for Mobile Wireless projects.
  • Conduct design reviews, check materials, and place orders.
  • Assist electrical field teams on the day.
  • Manage the successful electrical deployment of site builds.
  • Monitor technical queries and issues raised by engineers and office support.
  • Deal with escalations.
  • Evaluate engineer performance on sites specific to your project team.
  • Provide assistance and expertise within the project team.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure on-time completion of sites according to client SLAs.
  • Maintain real-time progress and daily/weekly client reporting on internal and external databases.
  • Ensure accurate reports are provided to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee issuance of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs and quality plans.
  • Sign off prepared handover packs (HOPs) and ensure they are uploaded within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage electrical teams, including personal absences and time keeping.
  • Implement procedures and requirements detailed in Company Procedures and Quality Manual at all times.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure they are aware of any impact to site final accounts.
  • Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Full electrical C&G qualification including inspection and testing.
  • Evidence of people management.
  • Site-based mobile network experience preferred but not essential.
