Yorkshire Water is seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Water to drive strategic initiatives within the IT function. You will lead scoping, requirements gathering, and prioritisation for high-impact programmes, including the Water E2E ERP initiative that spans SAP, CRM, and GIS.
You will manage a team of up to 10 BAs, translate business needs into IT specs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end change across systems, processes, and behaviours.
