Staff ML Scientist: Ranking & Personalization Lead (Remote)

Depop is seeking a Staff ML Scientist to join our Ranking ML team in the UK. You will work with product, engineering, data, and ML engineers to build and maintain ranking models powering personalised results across the app.

As a staff-level member, you will set the technical vision, lead high-impact initiatives, and mentor others to drive innovation at scale while collaborating across domains and stakeholders.
