Welfare Benefits Advisor & Volunteer Lead

Bromsgrove and Redditch Citizens Advice is seeking a full-time Welfare Benefits Worker to help build a Welfare Rights Unit. You will hold a small caseload and lead volunteers as we develop a volunteer-based form filling service.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Citizens Advice Adviser with experience in benefits casework and the ability to develop and supervise volunteers. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment and clear development opportunities.
