Tenant Experience Liaison – Social Housing

Liberty Group in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Tenant Liaison Officer to act as the central link between residents, service delivery teams and clients. You will help ensure access is achieved, needs are understood, and residents receive excellent service across interactions.

You will engage with tenants, housing teams and operational staff to complete servicing and compliance works efficiently, with minimal disruption, while supporting vulnerable customers and maintaining accurate records.
