Detention & Custody Officer – Apprenticeship Path

Mitie is hiring an In-Country Escorting DCO to escort and transport immigration residents within the UK, and to provide care in a fixed facility. The role requires driving a small minibus-sized vehicle and maintaining high safety standards with dignity and respect.

You will undergo a 4-week paid training course, followed by 13 months of mentoring and assessments, leading to an accredited Level 3 Apprenticeship in Detention and Custody. Flexible shifts, including day and night, are available.
