Poultry Farm Worker: Egg Production & Welfare

Gressingham Foods is hiring a Breeder Site Farm Worker to help produce eggs of the best quality while maintaining welfare standards and safety. The role focuses on day-to-day egg collection, grading and washing, with records kept up-to-date for efficient operations.

You will work within a team to meet production and fertility targets, report repairs, and ensure smooth communication with the Site Manager and staff. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring site presence.
