Senior Market Manager: Lead High-Impact Food Markets

Real Food Markets is hiring three Senior Market Managers to lead our busiest London markets. This is a full-time, permanent role across a shift pattern that includes weekdays and weekends (shifts are 6-12 hours).

You are the most senior person on site, ensuring the market is built correctly and runs smoothly. You’ll manage traders, respond to incidents, and uphold safety and hygiene standards, with a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per year depending on experience.
