Senior Account Manager | Team Lead, Onboarding & Relationships

Close Brothers is seeking a capable line manager to lead a team of Account Managers within the Commercial Team. You will oversee onboarding journeys, manage proposals to underwriting, and coordinate with Credit, Operations, and HR to drive customer outcomes.

The role requires strong customer service experience, relationship management, and the ability to coach and develop team members while promoting the company’s values. Hybrid working in the UK is available.
