Head of IT Service Operations — Hybrid & Flexible Working

Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol is seeking an experienced IT Service Operations leader to ensure reliable, secure and scalable services across HL’s technology estate. You will own end-to-end service stability, coordinate across heritage and cloud-native platforms, and work with engineering to meet SLAs.

This role requires strong ITIL knowledge, leadership of major incidents, and a track record of transforming operations through automation and data‑driven decisions.
