Retail Shift Lead – Customer-First Store Ops

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Shift Leader in Manchester to run duty shifts, coordinate a team, and deliver a clean, full store that exceeds customer expectations. You will coach colleagues, monitor store performance, and implement practical improvements while keeping safety at the forefront.

As the customer remains at the heart of operations, you will proactively enhance service through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and timely communication with the Store Manager and area leaders.
