Impactful Service Manager for Learning Disabilities Care

Lifeways Group in Leicester (LE3 & LE4) is seeking a Service Manager to oversee four established Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities and autism, including complex needs.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, drive high-quality, person-centred care, and work with the Area Manager and Regional Director to deliver excellent outcomes. Level 3 Health & Social Care is required; salary £32,250–£38,500 per annum plus a Service Manager Bonus Scheme.
