Strategic FP&A Manager, Gross Margin & Operations

Victoria Beckham Beauty seeks an FP&A Manager for Gross Margin & Operations to partner with FP&A, Operations and Supply Chain. You will own end-to-end financial lifecycle of our products—from development and standard costing to production, logistics and final margin analysis.

You will lead the monthly planning cycles, maintain cost standards, manage inventory finance and drive S&OP integration, delivering data-driven insights to protect profitability and support founder-led growth.
