24/7 IT Support Analyst (1st Line) – Onsite

Pets at Home is hiring an IT Support Analyst to analyse and resolve colleague IT issues and provide technical solutions at our Stafford Fulfilment Centre. You will handle 1st line support, provisioning, and onsite service across operation and support offices, including days and nights on a 24/7 rota with an additional shift premium.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end incident delivery, accurate triage, SLA adherence, and coordinating with 2nd line and suppliers.
