Duty Manager — Champion of Unreasonable Hospitality

Virgin Active is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the club during shifts, ensuring every department is aligned with service priorities, safety standards, and presentation. You will lead teams, manage peak periods, and supervise opening and closing procedures to deliver a seamless member experience.

You will coach Hosts and front-line staff to create memorable moments, respond to emergencies, monitor cleanliness and atmosphere, and drive continuous improvement through the Hospitality Tracker.
