Lead Advice Team – Social Welfare (Leeds)

Leeds Citizens Advice & Law Centre is seeking an Advice Team Leader to uphold high-quality advice services across the Gateway Service and related areas.

You will lead, motivate and support staff, ensuring targets and objectives are met while working across the City Centre Hub delivering face-to-face, telephone and digital support. Experience of people management is desirable, and a collaborative approach is key to organisational success.
