Windsor Forest Colleges Group in Slough & Langley and Strode’s College Campus seeks an Engagement and Onboarding Lead to join our Greenskills Department on a fixed-term contract ending 31 July 2027. The salary range is £29,987 to £32,706, depending on experience and qualifications.
You will lead commercial engagement, oversee Salesforce, convert warm leads into enrolled participants and onboard trade professionals, with a focus on data-driven pipeline growth and employer alignment.
