Growth Strategy Lead — AI-Driven Growth & Data Insights

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Growth & Product Analytics Lead to own end-to-end performance of our B2C marketplace. You will diagnose friction points, identify growth opportunities, and translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Collaborate with Product and Data teams, shape experimentation roadmaps, apply North Star metrics, RICE, funnel and cohort analysis, and leverage SQL and Looker.
