Senior Associate, Building Consultancy (Bristol)

JLL is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Building Consultancy team in Bristol. You will deliver technical surveying work, contribute to client proposals, and help drive fee generation across commercial real estate.

The role requires MRICS with proven consultancy experience, strong networking, and the ability to win new business while managing client relationships. Travel may be required; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
