Transport Coordinator

The Company

Our client is a market leading manufacturer. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Trasport Coordinator.

The Role

• Managing the logistical movement of goods.
• Running transport ensuring routes are planned, drivers are scheduled and deliveries arrive on time and within budget.
• Liaising with 3rd party logistics companies.
• Planning and scheduling.
• Real-time monitoring.
• Customer updates.

The Person

• Previous experiencing in planning transport.
• Manufacturing or logistics background preferred.
• Will have good planning skills.
• You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
• Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
