Cleaning Supervisor: Lead Team, Training & Audits

OCS is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to support our client’s site in the UK. You will ensure cleaning staff perform duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe, hygienic working environment.

In this role you will manage a small team, create rotas, oversee holidays and performance, deliver training, conduct weekly audits, and liaise with clients to resolve issues while upholding health and safety requirements.
