Marston’s is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to join our busy pub team in Scotland. You’ll support management, oversee shifts, and help deliver great guest experiences in a lively, fast-paced setting. You’ll lead by example, open and close the pub, manage stock and cashing up, and work with the team to ensure smooth operations and profitability while upholding Marston’s values.
