Facilities & Support Services Manager – 4-Day Week Leadership

National Trust is seeking a Facilities & Support Services Manager to lead the care of Hughenden Manor, West Wycombe and Central Chilterns. You’ll plan maintenance, capital works and compliance to keep these historic sites welcoming, safe and inspiring for generations to come.

Based at Hughenden Manor with some site-wide duties, you’ll manage a small team of staff and volunteers, oversee budgets and contracts, and work with estates colleagues to secure resources for ongoing improvements.
