Card Product Manager – Proposition Manager

Overview

• Define future debit tiers, Premier upsell tier, and a credit card MVP
• Produce detailed product specs and tier-level P&L models
• Scope value-added services including insurance and rewards
• Lead partner evaluation and RFP processes
• Conduct customer research and competitor teardowns
• Support delivery roadmap planning

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in card product or card proposition roles
• Strong SMB or commercial card experience
• Strong card economics fluency including interchange, scheme fees, FX, and funding costs
• Experience running partner selection end-to-end
• Experience working in fintech, payments, banking, merchant services, or other financial services environments
• Strong written communication skills
