At DHL Supply Chain, keeping our transport operations compliant is just as important as keeping them moving. We’re looking for a Transport Compliance Administrator with transport compliance experience to support audits, manage reporting requirements and help ensure our fleet, drivers and processes meet the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operation safe, legal and audit‑ready. If you have a strong understanding of operator licence compliance, driver hours regulations and transport auditing, along with an eye for detail and a passion for getting things right, this is an opportunity to put your expertise to work in a global business where compliance is critical to operational success.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support within the transport compliance and auditing function.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for compliance and audit‑related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Preparing, maintaining and analysing compliance audit data, ensuring all reporting requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Utilising fleet and driver management systems to extract, interpret and present operational and compliance data.
  • Supporting the management of operator licence obligations, driver compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpreting customer and business requirements and delivering clear, insightful information to key stakeholders.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Have previous experience working within a transport compliance, fleet compliance or transport administration environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Operator Licence compliance requirements for Heavy Goods Vehicles.
  • Have good working knowledge of Driver Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive requirements and associated record‑keeping standards.
  • Are confident using Microsoft Excel to analyse, manipulate and present compliance data.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and are comfortable working with audits, compliance reporting and regulatory processes.
  • Can effectively prioritise workloads, work to deadlines and consistently deliver against agreed targets.
