Resource & Rota Coordinator — Hybrid & KPI‑Driven

Arkha is seeking a Resource Co-ordinator to provide a customer-focused service that supports the delivery of high-quality care within a defined area. You will match staffing resources to service needs and deploy staff using Ark’s Information Management System (AIMS), working with local teams to maximise efficiency.

This permanent, full-time role requires rota planning, data reporting in Excel, and strong communication.
