Executive Pastoral Lead: Assistant Head of Family

Matthew Moss High School is seeking an outstanding Assistant Head of Family to join our growing school community and support pupils through our vertical pastoral system and family structure. You will work closely with Heads of Family to monitor progress and contribute to cohort targets.

As a permanent role, you will contribute to strategic pastoral leadership, drive pupil achievement, and collaborate with tutors and staff to promote a culture of high standards and professional development.
