Job Description

  • Lead the management and development of HR systems to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data for reporting and decision‑making purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on system functionalities and updates.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Analyse HR metrics and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external system providers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support HR projects by leveraging system capabilities and data insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Systems, Data and Reporting Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in HR systems management within a professional setting.
  • Proficient in WORKDAY and other systems within the HR Architecture.
  • Strong experience in Data and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and workflows in a multi‑site role.
  • Familiarity with data protection and compliance regulations.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and data reporting tools.
