Job Description
- Lead the management and development of HR systems to meet operational needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data for reporting and decision‑making purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on system functionalities and updates.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Analyse HR metrics and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external system providers to ensure optimal performance.
- Support HR projects by leveraging system capabilities and data insights.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Systems, Data and Reporting Manager should have:
- Proven experience in HR systems management within a professional setting.
- Proficient in WORKDAY and other systems within the HR Architecture.
- Strong experience in Data and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of HR processes and workflows in a multi‑site role.
- Familiarity with data protection and compliance regulations.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using HR software and data reporting tools.
