Cygnet is seeking an Acting Team Leader who also serves as a Support Worker at Thornfield House in Bradford. This full‑time role combines leadership duties with hands‑on care across 42 hours weekly, including some weekend shifts. You’ll oversee medication, coordinate staff and deliver person‑centred support in a 7‑resident residential setting.
