Depot Operations Manager – Multi-Site Bus Services

First Bus is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Midlands depots, including Adderley Green and Worcester. You will drive safe, punctual services, manage a multi-site team, and liaise with unions to deliver high customer experiences.

You will report to the General Manager and travel between depots as required, shaping strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across operations.
