Lead Maintenance & Reliability Manager – FMCG

TipTopJob is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Poole, Dorset with a salary of GBP55,000 – GBP60,000. The role leads site maintenance and engineering performance, aiming to maximise uptime and production output.

You will lead a team of engineers and drive preventative maintenance using data-driven decisions. Essentially you should have engineering qualifications, strong manufacturing leadership, and a proven track record of improving maintenance performance, including CMMS experience.
