Fraud Data Analyst – Revenue Protection & Insights

CrossCountry in Birmingham is seeking a Fraud Data Analyst to join the growing Fraud Team. Reporting to the Fraud Manager, you will provide data-driven insights to prevent and detect fraudulent activity across the network.

You will manipulate complex datasets, identify fraud patterns, and deliver clear reporting for senior managers, collaborating with internal teams and rail partners in a primarily office-based role.
