Leeds City Council’s Contact Centre is recruiting a Team Leader to join our management team at Merrion House, Leeds. You will supervise a team of front line Customer Service Officers and help deliver a high quality local service across multiple channels.

You will lead, coach and empower your team to achieve targets and customer satisfaction, while developing digital skills to promote self‑service. A flexible, hybrid working arrangement is offered within the council.
