Launch-Driven Program Manager (Hybrid, UK)

Bright Purple are seeking a hands-on Program Manager in Buckinghamshire, hybrid working with 2 days in the office. You will shape the program roadmap, remove obstacles and influence leadership, bridging delivery and launch readiness.

You’ll manage delivery spend, push governance with the board/PMO, and guide operating-model choices for a live service. This role suits someone with MSP/PRINCE2 or similar and a track record in product launches.
